The British king, Carlos III, believes that the “horrors” of attacks on July 7, 2005 in London “will never be forgotten”, although they demonstrated the country’s ability to join in bad times, in a message for the 20th anniversary of terrorist attacks.

Although horrors will never be forgotten, we can console ourselves with how these events unite communities in solidarity, comfort and determination, ”the monarch said in the message.

“It was this spirit of unity that helped London and our nation heal,” he added.

On July 7, 2005, four attacks on suicide committed by jihadists in the public transport of London (metro and bus) were called 52 dead and more than 700 wounded.

Carlos III asked to use the memory of a massacre to confirm the commitment to society in which “people of all religions and origin can live with mutual respect and understanding, always firm against those who seek to share us.”

He also called on the British to recall “extraordinary courage and compassion”, which they demonstrated after attacks 7-J.

It is expected that several members of the British royal family are involved in acts of respect and memory of victims in different parts of the capital of the country.
