The streaming service Kinopoisk has once again been brought to administrative responsibility, this time under the article on promoting pedophilia, the joint press service of the Moscow courts of general jurisdiction reported this on the Telegram channel.
“By decision of the Tagansky District Court of Moscow, KINOPOISK LLC was found guilty of committing an administrative offense under Part 2 of Article 6.21.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation (Propaganda of pedophilia),” – says the message.
The company was fined 7 million rubles.
It is not specified what specific content gave rise to the preparation of the administrative protocol.
As reported EADailyIn early June this year, Kinopoisk was fined under Part 3 of Article 6.21 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation (propaganda of non-traditional sexual relations and (or) preferences, gender reassignment). The fine then amounted to 1.5 million rubles. It is not known for what content the online cinema was brought to administrative responsibility.
