The Tagansky Court of Moscow, Russia, has partially granted the claim of singer Lyubov Uspenskaya against singer Philip Kirkorov regarding the protection of her honor and dignity.

According to the information, according to the court decision, Kirkorov will receive compensation of 90 thousand rubles (about 1,650 manats) for moral damage. The reason for the lawsuit was the interview given by the singer to the channel “Muz-TV”.
In her complaint, Uspenskaya said that the defendant had slandered her in this interview. During a conversation with a TV journalist, Kirkorov called Uspenskaya a “beggar.”
