The representative of the People’s Artist of Russia Philip Kirkorov, Ekaterina Uspenskaya, denied that the singer had debts with fines for violating traffic rules.

Additionally, Uspenskaya provided a screenshot of the “Driver Assistant” website, which indicates that the artist does not have any debt.
Previously, the Shot telegram channel reported that Kirkorov had accumulated 31 fines for traffic violations since December last year. The total amount of debt was indicated at 24 thousand rubles. Supposedly, enforcement proceedings were initiated against the artist on December 11 last year for violating parking rules. Later, the Telegram channel stated that after the publication of this information, Kirkorov paid for everything.
