Korotchenko noted that Azerbaijan and Russia resolutely defend their interests in modern conditions, when powerful states sometimes try to manipulate, put pressure on other sovereign states and “pull the strings.”

Korotchenko also noted that regional alliances are being strengthened in the CIS format.
