KPK confiscated 60 billion rupees in assets belonging to the corruption suspect BPR Jepara: National Okezone

JAKARTA – the corruption eradication commission (KPK) again confiscated assets when investigating the case corruption Payment of a fictitious business loan at PT Bank Perkreditan RAKYAT (BPR) Jepara Art Bank in 2022-2024. Confiscated assets reached 60 billion rupees.

The press secretary of KPK Budi Pozeto explained that the confiscation was carried out on Wednesday, July 9, 2025. The confiscated asset belonged to the suspect in this case.

“KPK confiscated the assets from the suspect in the Jepara Artha BPR case,” said Buda on Thursday (7/10/2025).

Confiscated assets are in the form of land, buildings, in factories. The total value of assets reached 60 billion rubles.
Details, confiscated assets include:

1. Three plots of land and houses located in Yogyakart, worth 10 billion rupees.

2. Two 3800 m² of land field along with the factory on it, located in Cluten. The cost of land and factory is currently about 50 billion rubles.

“This confiscation was carried out as part of the efforts to restore state losses caused by the actions of the suspect in this case,” Budu said.
