The suspects of Cyrus and Ray are suspected of violating the paragraph of Article 5 (1) Letter a or B or Article 13 of Law No. 31 of 1999 regarding the eradication of crimes on corruption in accordance with amendments in accordance with Law No. 20 of 2001 in relation to amendments No. 31 of 1999 in relation to the eradication of corruption crimes in combination with Article 55 (1).
Taking into account that the suspects from TOP, Res and HELS suspiciously violated Article 12 of the letter A or B, Article 11, or 12 of the 1999 Law No. 31 of 1999, regarding the eradication of crimes on corruption, amended under the 201 Law of 2001 with regard to amendments to amendments to Law No. 31 of 1999, regarding the eradication of corruption crimes in a combination with Article 55 (1).
