JAKARTA – The Commission on the Enjoying of Corruption (KPK) prevents the former Secretary General (General Secretary General) of the Indonesian People’s Advisory Assembly (MPR), Maaruf Keyno (MC) from going beyond the border. This follows his investigation in the case of corruption in the Indonesian environment of MPR.
“This was prevented abroad associated with interested (MC),” said KPK representative, Buy Proseto, when he confirmed reporters on Thursday (3/7/2025).
KPK proposed prevention to the General Department of Immigration in the Ministry of Immigration and Correction. The prevention period is valid over the next six months. “(Prevented) since June 10, 2025,” he said.
Earlier, the corruption eradication commission called the former Secretary General of the Indonesian MPR, Maruf Kakhono as a suspect. It is known that KPK is investigating cases of alleged satisfaction in MPR.
“In this case, KPK called the suspect with the initials of MC as the Secretary General of the Indonesian MPR for the period from 2019 to 2021,” said KPK representative, wake up.
