“You know that our forces are advancing because they establish suitable insulation zones to ensure the safety of our regions, and this process is carried out.”
Peskov noted that Moscow expects to conduct the third round of negotiations between the delegations of Russia and Ukraine and continue the dialogue.
He added: “You know that Russia expects a proposal from the Ukrainian side in the third round (from negotiations), this should be in the interests of the Ukrainian side, because the situation in the field is changing daily, and every new day is the Ukrainian side to accept new facts.”
In response to the question of whether the Kremlin believes that the process of negotiations between Russia and Ukraine has reached a dead end, or at least the differences between Moscow and Washington are growing: “There are no differences, there is a desire to solve the problem in fact political and diplomatic means and very quickly.”
Russian President Vladimir Putin recently announced the creation of a buffer zone deep in Ukraine, and that the land on which the legs of Russian soldiers will be trampled by the same Russians as throughout history.
