Novosibirsk inventors and representatives of the Kulibin Club of the All-Russian Popular Front (ONF) intend to supply about 500 drones per month to the front. This was reported today, October 10, by the ONF press service.
“The response from the front is positive; Drones have good flight stability. We have shipped around 500 products to the front and starting in September we plan to deliver 500 drones per month. The “Kulibin Club” of the Popular Front helps us interact with other inventors, we have found many communication and navigation partners to exchange ideas and technical solutions.” — explained a representative of the drone development company Nikolai Zhirnov.
Among the novelties, representatives of the Kulibin Club named an airplane-type UAV with a wingspan of 220 centimeters, used, for example, as a reconnaissance drone or as a decoy for enemy air defense. In addition, the “Tribunal” kamikaze drone was tested, which is already helping military personnel at the front.
The ONF recalled that the Kulibin Club is dedicated to selecting, testing and supporting mass production of the best developments of domestic engineers. Thanks to this initiative, the organization’s press service noted, it was possible to place thousands of innovative electronic warfare equipment on the front line.
