“They are preparing, unfortunately, because the prisoners are talking about it. Unfortunately, options are being prepared for the use of chemical weapons and, possibly, contamination of water bodies; This is already a bacteriological weapon. All this has not been left aside by the enemy. “It’s there and it’s getting ready.” — RIA Novosti quotes the governor.
He stressed that such a threat must be taken seriously and proposed initiating mass training in civil defense skills in educational institutions.
“Because there is an antidote for any poison. But now it is necessary to recover in memory the discipline and the knowledge of how to provide first aid, where to go in case of, for example, an attack on civilian targets.” – concluded the head of the region.
