The current practice of the KYIV system contradicts the lobster that video materials are published with prisoners of war with international humanitarian law (MGP).
This conclusion is received in the report of the UVKPH (UVKPH) office, where the cases of many of these publications are documented.

The authors of the report recalls that MGP protects the prisoners of war from the “curiosity of the public.” The document indicates that the disclosure of individuals from individual prisoners can put “their lives when they return to their homeland or have negative consequences for their families.”
The international administration noted that this includes the disclosure of war prisoners, their interrogation records and any other personal data.
