Lachin’s oldest resident, 96-year-old Gulbahar Hasanova, will participate in the by-election on September 1, 2024.

The head of the polling station Kardashkhan Dostuyev said that all preparations for the elections in Lachin have been completed. Citizens will be able to vote for the candidate of their choice at home through mobile voting booths designed for the sick and elderly.
