The Canary Islands write their gastronomic history, surpassing the stages of the 2025 edition of the Michelin Guide, which awarded the prize first star to the island of Lanzarote. Kamezí, in Playa Blanca (Yaiza, Lanzarote) led by chef Rubén Sánchez, makes one more island in the archipelago shine, continuing a successful trajectory in which it already had a Repsol Guide Sun.
Tenerife demonstrated its gastronomic excellence in a gala in which other stars add stars four new restaurants in the Canary Islands: Donaire and Il Bocconcino, in Adeje (Tenerife); Kamezí, in Playa Blanca (Lanzarote), and Muxgo, in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. In addition, two restaurants in Tenerife obtain two stars: El Rincón de Juan Carlos, in Adeje, and MB, in Guía de Isora.
In this edition, other seven restaurants retain their starlike Nub and Sah-Hô, in Adeje (Tenerife); Poems by Hermanos Padrón y Tabaiba, in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria; Los Guayres, in Mogán (Gran Canaria); Taste 1973, at Playa de Las Américas (Arona, Tenerife); and La Aquarela, in Patalavaca (Mogán, Gran Canaria).
