Moscow and Minsk are working on a diplomatic response to growing Western pressure. This was stated by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia, Sergei Lavrov, at the opening of a joint meeting of the board of directors of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia and Belarus.
