The former head of Surgut, Andrei Filatov, was detained by law enforcement officers in the framework of a commercial bribery case. This is reported by TASS in reference to the Ugra security forces.
“In the near future it is planned to go to court with documentation on the choice of a preventive measure in the form of arrest.” – confirmed the agency’s interlocutor.
