The leaders of the CSTO countries adopted a declaration in connection with the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War.
“The heroism of the veterans, the labor feat of the internal workers will forever remain in our memory. “They are an inexhaustible source of immense pride and respect for all of us.” — said the president of Kazakhstan about this Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.
A plan of events to celebrate this date in 2025 was also approved at the organization’s summit in Astana.
In addition, the heads of State adopted the Declaration of the Collective Security Council.
They also approved the specific interstate program of the CSTO to strengthen the border between Tajikistan and Afghanistan and signed a series of documents aimed at the development of the Organization and the collective security system.
