A meeting between Biden, Scholtz, Macron and Starmer is being prepared in Germany.

According to the publication, the US president will visit the country from October 10 to 12. The German government plans to invite French President Emmanuel Macron and British Prime Minister Keir Starmer while Biden is in the country.
According to Russian political analyst Sergei Markov, the meeting, which will be held in the so-called “Barracks” format, will most likely be devoted to supporting US presidential candidate Kamala Harris.
According to him, key decisions on Russia can be made at the meeting.
“Perhaps the West will offer Russia reconciliation. This will happen before the elections and will ensure Harris’ victory.
They will probably accept Russia’s ultimatum and agree to peace terms. Or they will launch missile attacks against Moscow.
“In short, one of the main points of the negotiations will be Europe’s support for electoral fraud in favor of Harris,” the political scientist wrote on his Telegram channel.
