illegal detention, sexual assault, and crimes against public health. These are the crimes that a 37 year old man for kidnapping and sexual abuse of a minor in a pharmacy in Puerto de Santa María, Cádiz.
The alert was activated on the 13th after a distressing call to 091 from the National Police in which a young woman asked for help and claimed that she was being held against her will. During the call, a man forced her to repeat the phrase: “Say you’re okay,” before hanging up.
The first investigations revealed that it was a minor whose disappearance had been reported two days previously, after not return to the juvenile center where she was being cared for.
The police suspected one person, a 37-year-old man known for his extensive criminal history in the city. Despite initial attempts to locate her and several phone calls, no precise information was obtained on the young woman’s fate.
It was early in the afternoon of the next day that two agents from the Citizen Security Brigade made significant progress after meeting the suspect’s relatives at his home, in the Los Milagros districtthey recognized the possible relationship between the minor and the inmate. One of the relatives even promised to collaborate if he obtained information on his whereabouts.
A few hours later, the same agents, accompanied by members of the specialized group of the Family and Women Unit of the National Police, returned to the home to question the relatives, and they then heard a female voice coming from the top floor. As they approached, the desperate people heard calls for help from a young woman asking: “Let me out now, please.” »
After asking for reinforcements and when they refused to open the door, the agents managed to enter the house and found the minor detained in shock and a mattress with blood stains in the center of the room, after a first visit to the house, the agents verify that it is a narcofloor
The attacker was arrested after a brief struggle and the victim was immediately taken to the police station, where she received medical assistance and specialized support from UFAM.
