An official of the Parliament of Andalusia filed a complaint for threats against the former Andalusian Party councilor in Écija, Jose Miguel Fernández Zorrillawho is currently developing his professional career as a temporary worker with the Andalusian courts. According to the complaint to which OKDIARIO had access, Fernández Zorrilla, during a conversation, even told the complainant that “Let’s see if you end up like in Paracuellos“.
The complaint, collected by the National Police of Seville, indicates that the complainant feels “constantly prompted by his partnercausing a state of anxiety at work. This sensation is produced, according to the writing, by the questions that Fernández Zorrilla usually asks him about his religious beliefs, his friends and his political orientation “becoming nervous and using foul language.”
OKDIARIO contacted the complainant, a 28-year-old young man named JA, who claims that this threat came following a conversation about the installation of the Christmas crib in the Parliament of Andalusia. The person concerned explains that he felt “threatened” and that because of “his Catholic condition”, he limited himself to saying: “as I am not a member of the civil war, I am not going to not answer.” “The author of the threat has at no time apologized for the threat made or for the insult made to the victims of the civil war”, affirms the person concerned, who regrets that the former head of the Andalusian Party continues to work in the same building and it has been transferred office to avoid major problems.
JA revealed that, finding himself powerless, went to see the main lawyer of Parliament before which he presented a document setting out the facts.
