The amount of precipitation is 27 millimeters in Lankaran, 23 millimeters in Gusar (Laza), 22 millimeters in Sheki, Oghuz, 21 millimeters in Astara, 18 millimeters in Ismayilli, 17 millimeters in Shamakhi, 16 millimeters in Khachmaz, 16 millimeters in Guba , 14 millimeters in Lerik, 12 millimeters in Khinalig, Gakh (Sarıbaş) 11 millimeters, 10 millimeters in Yevlakh, Khaltan, Goranboy, 9 millimeters in Naftalan, Mingachevir, Giriz, Goychay, Shabran, Gabala, 8 millimeters in Gobustan, Jafarkhan, Yardimli , Bilasuvar, Barda, 7 millimeters in Tartar, 6 millimeters in Zardab, Dash, Gadabey 4 millimeters, 5 millimeters in Goygol, Shahdag, 3 millimeters in Neftchala, Sabirabad, 2 millimeters in Kurdamir, Ganja, 2 millimeters in Imishli, Agstafa, Shamkir , Tovuz, Balaken, up to 1 millimeter in Zagatala, in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula: 22 millimeters in Mashtag, 19 millimeters in Bina, 11 in Baku, up to millimeters.

Fog was observed in Gusar, Gryz, Gakh (Saribash), Shamakhi, Goychay, Gusar.

The minimum air temperature was 13 degrees in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, 9 in the Nakhichevan Republika Srpska, 12 in the Aran regions, up to 4 degrees in mountainous areas and up to 4 degrees of frost in mountainous areas.
