Hezbollah leader Naïm Qassem vowed to attack “the center of Tel Aviv” in response to Israeli attacks on the Lebanese capital on Sunday. The UN Security Council is due to decide on Wednesday on a new resolution for a ceasefire in Gaza, which risks being blocked by the United States.
