The US president described as “scandalous” the arrest warrant issued by the International Criminal Court against the Israeli Prime Minister and his former Minister of Defense, Yoav Gallant, for war crimes and crimes against humanity. The head of Hamas’s armed wing, Mohammed Deif, is also the target of this decision.
