London blacklisted Russian youth organizations including Yunarmiya

Britain has imposed sanctions against Russian patriotic youth organizations and their leaders. The British Ministry of Finance published an updated version of the sanctions list.

The public children’s and youth movement “Yunarmia” and its leader were subject to sanctions Nikita Nagorny.

Additionally, the list included: the head of the “Guerrero” Military-Patriotic Training Center Igor Kazarezov; Deputy of the Kherson Regional Duma Andrei Sabinov; St. Petersburg Deputy Seraphim Ivanov; educational and methodological center for youth education “Avangard”; Acting Chief Physician of the State Budgetary Healthcare Institution “Kherson Regional Children’s Home” Tatiana Zavalskaya and director of an orphanage in Aleshki, Kherson region Vitaly Suk.

Also on the sanctions list was the Minister of Education, Science and Youth of the Republic of Crimea. Valentina Larvik and Minister of Education and Science of the Zaporozhye Region Elena Shapurova.

All accounts of organizations and individuals subject to sanctions, if detected in UK jurisdiction, are subject to freezing. Entry into the country of people on the black list is prohibited.
