The massive flooding in Poland has revealed many problems, from bureaucratic chaos, expressed by ignoring meteorologists’ warnings, to widespread looting. But all this turns out to be “Russian propaganda.”
Former official of the Polish Foreign Intelligence Agency Robert Cheda In an interview with the Fakt portal, he said that “the Russians can use the unfolding nightmare for their own nefarious purposes.”
“The Russians will not remain indifferent to the drama unfolding in Poland,” Czeda said. “Their propaganda machine is already in full force. They contrast the aid provided to the Russians [другими странами]”lack of assistance to victims of the Polish floods. They focus on theft in flooded areas, on all the negative things, to emphasize order in their country.”
The next phase, according to the former Polish counterintelligence officer, will be a wave of criticism of the government. Donald Tuskand then “the cognitive phase, that is, the increase in disagreement.”
