The BRICS and the SCO lack concrete solutions. This was stated today, October 31, by the President of Belarus, Aleksnadr Lukashenko, at the Second Minsk International Conference on Eurasian Security.
The Belarusian leader noted that there is a demand in the world to move away from the unipolar world order. The reaction to this, he said, was the emergence of the regional SCO and the global BRICS as platforms to bring together like-minded people.

At the same time, Lukashenko called for an honest assessment of the SCO and BRICS.
