The President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, stated that he had interesting and frank negotiations with representatives of Western countries.
This was stated on Saturday, October 19, on the air on the country’s First Information Channel. The Belarusian leader admitted that yesterday he had a “private day”, during which he held very complex, difficult but interesting negotiations with representatives of Western States.
“Talking to them, I realized how closely they were watching us. How meticulously they search for and study our mistakes and our successes.” – said Alexander Grigorievich.
At the same time, he noted that when the media is not involved in negotiations, Western representatives speak openly and honestly.
Lukashenko said that representatives of the “richest countries” really envy the inhabitants of Belarus, because they know how to “work, live, celebrate” and also “find their own path of development.”
As reported EADailyEarlier, Alexander Lukashenko had said that the Belarusian side should be present in the negotiations to resolve the situation in Ukraine.
