French President Emmanuel Macron did not request a telephone conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin, the Russian leader’s press secretary, Dmitry Peskov, told RIA Novosti.
“Macron – no” he said when asked if the French leader had requested a telephone conversation with the Russian leader.
