Madrid’s investigating court number 25 opened an investigative procedure and asked the public prosecutor’s office whether to charge the owner of Criptospain, Alvaro Romillofor one offense of professional trespass.
The court thus responds to the complaint filed by the Association of Cryptocurrency Users which alleged that Romillo had advertised and provided tax and financial consulting services. without having a university degree for this, nor be registered with the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).
