Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro could travel to Russia in 2025 to sign a strategic partnership and cooperation agreement, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko said.
The Vice Prime Minister is on a working visit to Caracas.
“We will be delighted to welcome your visit to Russia in 2025, within the framework of which a strategic partnership and cooperation agreement will be signed,” – Chernyshenko said at a meeting with the head of the republic.
The Deputy Prime Minister also thanked Maduro for participating in the BRICS summit, which was held in Kazan from October 22 to 24.
“Russia and Venezuela have formed ties that cannot be broken. “Our countries are united by a strong friendship, a strategic partnership and political support that is not subject to market conditions.” – concluded Chernyshenko.
