Mallorca and Menorca enter this Wednesday yellow alert for rain and storms. The alert triggered by the State Meteorological Agency (Aemet) will be in effect until this Thursday on the two islands.
In the case of Menorca, the rain warning which could leave accumulations of up to 30 liters in one hour and may be accompanied by thunderstorms. It is active from 09:00 and will be in effect until noon this Thursday.
In Mallorca, for its part, the alert will be activated at 12:00 p.m., also due to precipitation which can be intense and flows between 2 and 3 hours.5 and 30 liters in one hour and 60 in 12 hourswill also be active until this Thursday, although it should be deactivated inside the island this afternoon. In addition, in Mallorca, storms could be accompanied by electrical appliances.
