Man accused of setting fire to house thinking it belonged to his partner’s lover in Malaga

The woman suffered a leg injury that healed in about ten days. In addition, the damage to the house was valued at 18,000 euroseven if the owner does not claim them, since she has been compensated by the insurance company, which is asking for compensation.

The prosecutor accuses the three defendants of a arson crime with danger to peoplerequesting 12 years in prison; while the main accused is also charged with the offence of uttering threats, for which he is requesting a one-year prison sentence.

The trial will take place this Monday, September 16, before the ninth section of the Malaga court. The prosecution also asked the three to pay the insurer 18,000 euros in compensation. for the damages and the woman with 340 euros for the injuries.
