According to information provided by the judicial institution, next Thursday, September 5, a trial will take place in the second section of the Provincial Court of Valencia against a man for whom the prosecution is initially requesting a ten-year prison sentence for a crime of abuse with carnal access allegedly committed against a minor under 13 years of age.
The Public Prosecutor’s Office, as specified in the indictment, emphasizes that the sexual abuse of the girl took place on August 6, 2023 at the defendant’s home, located in a town in the Valencian region of The Safor.
Two days before, this Tuesday, September 3, another trial took place in the same district of the City of Justice of Valencia against two men who form a marriage accused of a continuing offense of sexual abuse of a minor, the nephew of one of them.
According to the prosecution, which is seeking ten years in prison for the two men, the abuses were produced for five yearsfrom the age of 10 to the age of 15. Thus, he defends that they subjected him to sexual acts such as touching the genitals or fellatio.
“The events began to unfold in a family country house, when the miner’s uncle, under the pretext of taking fruit treeallegedly mistreated him, taking advantage of the fact that he was left alone. Subsequently, the husband of the first defendant realized what was happening and, far from preventing it, he also decided to participate in these sexual acts,” the prosecution said.
Finally, next Wednesday, September 3, the same section will judge a 25-year-old man for allegedly raping a young girl he had met after meeting her a month earlier via a social network.
The prosecution says in its indictment that the events occurred in the early hours of May 1, 2022, when, after seeing each other, the victim asked him to accompany her home in the car of the accused, who faces eight years. in prison. He allegedly headed to an industrial area, stopped the car, blocked the doors and sexually assaulted the young woman.
