The author of stab which took place on August 31, was arrested this Friday by an agent of the national police station of León.
The attack was caused by an argument between two men, the partner and brother of a young girl who was having a drink in one of the bars. LionPub New Leyenda, according to information provided by the subdelegation of the Government of León to this media.
It was the young woman’s companion who stabbed her brother. a stab wound at neck level and for which he had to be admitted. Currently, he has already left the ICU and is progressing favorably.
The agents, in investigating what had happened, focused on the victim’s surroundings, collected the images recorded in the area of the events and the security cameras of the premises where they were having a drink, in addition to finding the statements of several witnesses. In this way, they obtained the necessary evidence to make the arrest.
The prisoner has already various backgroundsis at the disposal of the Court of Instruction of the Guard, and has been informed again of his irregular situation within the country.
Ultimately, the inmate was jailed without bail.
