The person who committed vandalism on a motorbike in the streets of Baku was arrested by officers of the State Highway Police (STP).
Patrul.az reports that on September 5, Muzayan Shirin oglu Azizov committed motorcycle hooliganism by driving a motorcycle with state registration number 99-X-512 while intoxicated.
The motorcycle driver, who committed dangerous actions on the roads, disobeying the order to “stop” of the DYP officers, was detained by employees of the DYP department of the Nizami District Police Department.
A protocol was drawn up against him under Article 511 of the Criminal Code and forwarded to the relevant court.
It should be noted that Muzayan Azizov was sentenced to 25 days of administrative detention by the Nizami District Court.
