Ziya Aliyev, convicted of defrauding a resident of the district, was detained as a result of measures taken by employees of the Sabirabad district police department.

According to the information, during the investigations it was determined that the person used the victim’s trust to make false promises that he would establish a joint business with her and fraudulently seized 135,150 manat.
Due to the incident, a criminal case has been initiated and a preventive detention measure has been chosen for the detainee.
