THE Mossos of the Squara were arrested in the district of New Barris from Barcelona to man accused of amputating his partner’s hand this Monday.
The man fled the scene of the incident on the Salzereda promenade in Saint Colomaafter amputating the woman’s hand, around 4:30 p.m. this Monday, and the Mossos d’Esquadra had been looking for him since Monday afternoon.
The victim was taken to hospital but his life is not in danger.
