Marc Marquez signed a big third place in Misano. The one from Cervera managed to impose itself podium after a career from which he returned from seventh place to third.
According to Marc himself, he felt less rhythm than in previous Grand Prix and seemed very far from Jorge Martin and the two Ducati officials. It was not his most spectacular race but he knew how to manage the tires and put the doubts behind him with the falls he suffered on Saturday morning.
Despite the excellent result obtained in the Emilia-Romagna GP, Marquez lost third place in the drivers’ world championship to winner of the race today, Enea Bastianiniwho played in a controversial duel on the track with Jorge Martin.
Marquez is now at 60 points de Martín, world leader. In the microphones of ‘DAZN’, he analyzed if he still had a chance to become world champion this season: “It is clear that this year we miss him. “I am the first to have the illusion of winning a title but we will try to improve.”

Márquez and the Bastianini-Martín disorder
Marc took up the defense of Jorge Martin. After losing first place on the last lap to the Ducati, Marquez assured that the controversial overtaking should result in a one-place penalty for Enea Bastianini.
