Marta Sardá Almost today pledged his position as new magistrate during an event organized before the Government Chamber of the Superior Court of Justice of Navarre (TSJN).
Natural of Pamplona35 years old, Marta Sardá is currently the Head of the Court of First Instance and Instruction No. 2 of Tafalla. Previously, she had been assigned to the courts of Calahorra (La Rioja).
Besides its president, Joaquín Galve Sauras, The Government Chamber of the Superior Court of Navarre was constituted today by Carmen Arnedo Diezpresident of the Social Chamber of the TSJN; Marta Arnedo Herrero, president of the Contentious-Administrative Court No. 1; And Francisco Javier Isasi Barbersecretary of the government of the TSJN.
In the act of promotion to the rank of magistrate, Marta Sardá was sponsored by Rafael Ruiz de la Cuesta MuñozPresident of the Court of First Instance No. 7 of Pamplona.
