The telecommunications company PlusOrange proposed a relocation plan for 745 people affected by the work regulation file (BEFORE) presented at the beginning of last September, which will have no time limit.
This plan will aim 100% of people that they cling to him, will have no time limit and it will be managed by a Manpower company called Right Management.

Depending on the content of the program, the telecommunications company improves the conditions established by the Royal Decree 1483/2012of October 29, which approves the regulation of procedures for collective dismissal and suspension of contracts and reduction of working hours.
Regarding the duration of the plan, the law requires that it be 6 months, and with greater intensity among elderly people, for whom the company offers a minimum of 9 months -12 months for those over 45-, so well, it won’t end until we have resettlement resultswhatever the time.
Likewise, the relocation percentage is 100% and the firm is committed to supporting all professionals until they obtain a new professional project, also without time limit.
In terms of training, it will offer more 7,500 training modules and advice, at the same time as it will provide support in skills certification, among other proposed improvements with respect to current regulations.
MásOrange proposed to the unions during the third meeting of the negotiating table reduce by 50 people the impact of the ERE initially proposed for 795 workers, or up to 745, which represents a decrease of 6.3% compared to the initial figure.
With this reduction, the ERE now represents 8.9% of approximately 8,400 soldiers who make up the company’s current workforce.
Sources close to the negotiations, gathered this Friday for a fourth meeting, suggest that there are still four meetings of the ERE negotiating table, not counting today’s.
