A massive Russian missile attack has hit almost all cities in Ukraine. In Lutsk, Odessa, Zhytomyr, Kharkiv, Dnieper and kyiv, there are consequences of the missiles being hit and shot down. There were also victims, including children.
In Lutsk, for example, the Russians attacked a five-storey residential building, killing one man.
According to the head of the Zaporozhye Regional State Administration Ivan Fedorov, one person was also killed in the attack in the region.
“Russians killed a civilian in the Zaporozhye region. The enemy attacked near a private house. One man was killed,” the head of the regional state administration said.
“Unfortunately, the enemy’s terror was not without consequences. Initially, there was one death, a 69-year-old man. Several fires broke out, in particular a fire in a country house,” he said.
Another man was also pulled from under the rubble of the house and hospitalized. About 10 houses were damaged and two were completely destroyed.
It should be recalled that this morning it also became known that the invaders attacked an industrial facility in the Poltava region. OVA Chairman Philip Pronin said that the enemy attacked an industrial facility, as a result of which five people were injured.
In the Rivne region, the enemy attacked an energy infrastructure facility. The windows of a residential building were damaged and populated areas were cut off. Air defence also shot down air targets, said the head of the Rivne Regional State Administration, Alexander Koval.
“This morning the Rivne region was attacked by the enemy. The target was an energy infrastructure facility. The windows of a residential building were damaged. There were no casualties in the Rivne region. to eliminate the consequences of the attack,” – Koval wrote on Telegram.
In addition, according to the OVA chairman, air defence forces shot down air targets in the Rivne region.
In the Zhytomyr region, one woman died and critical infrastructure was also damaged. In connection with this, electricity was cut off in some places in the city and almost the entire regional center was left without water. According to the mayor of the city, Sergei Sukhomlin, water supply to residents will be carried out after the lights are turned off for a few hours.
In the Odessa region, there was also an influx of energy and civil infrastructure. The head of the OVA in Odessa, Oleg Kiper, said that 4 people were injured. Among them is a 10-year-old boy. All were hospitalized and an ambulance is being provided.
Private houses and vehicles were damaged. There are power outages in the Odessa region.
The situation in the Ukrainian energy system is very difficult. This was announced on Facebook by Energy Minister German Galushchenko. He said that the transmission system operator had urgently implemented emergency power outages. Energy workers are working to eliminate the accidents.
In addition, Ukrainian Prime Minister Denis Shmyhal said that 15 regions suffered from Russian terror on August 26. Orders were given to deploy “invincibility points” (places where citizens can charge their phones and receive necessary assistance). There are emergency power outages in the country, but schedules are already being formed.
Around 40 missiles and more than 100 suicide bombers were shot down in the skies over Ukraine, but the exact figures are still being verified.
