The mansion of “Friends” star Matthew Perry, in whose garden the actor was found in a hot tub on October 29 last year, has been purchased by a new owner. The New York Times reports this.
The estate in the prestigious Pacific Palisades area of Los Angeles was purchased by film producer Anita Verma-Lallian as an investment. The mansion was built in 1965 and its interiors are designed in a mid-century modern style. The house with a total area of 325 square meters has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a separate toilet.
Perry purchased the mansion in 2020 for $6.5 million; The new owner got it after a major $8.5 million renovation.
