Former two-weight UFC champion Conor McGregor has said he plans to return to the Octagon.
Oku.Az “MMA News” quoted the famous fighter.
“I’ll be back in 2025. I just have to accept it, I’ll be back to make you happy in 2025. Now all I have to do is stay in the gym, stay fit. One thing I know for sure: When I come back, I’ll be 100% ready,” McGregor said.
It should be noted that the fight between McGregor and Michael Chandler was scheduled to take place at the UFC 303 tournament in Las Vegas (USA) on June 29 as part of International Fight Week, but was later cancelled.
The Irishman is set to make his first UFC fight in three years. In total, he has 22 wins in 28 fights.
