According to sources, Moscow is also ready to consider the option of “freezing” the conflict along the battle line. However, for the Russian side, ensuring Ukraine’s neutral status and its non-accession to NATO remain the main issues.
In addition, according to the agency, Russia will propose limiting the number of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, as well as ending any discrimination against the Russian language.
Thus, the proposed points largely coincide with the Istanbul agreements reached in spring 2022.
