Explosions were heard repeatedly in Ukraine’s Cherkasy region, where an air raid alert has been declared, Ukrainian TV channel “Public” reports, citing its correspondents.
“Sounds of explosions are heard in the Cherkasy region” – says the message.
A little later, the television channel reported repeated sounds of explosions in the area.
According to the online map of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, the alarm is sounding in the Cherkasy, Kyiv, Vinnitsa, Chernihiv, Sumy, Poltava, Kirovograd, Kharkov and Dnipropetrovsk regions of Ukraine.
The Russian Armed Forces began attacking Ukrainian infrastructure on October 10, 2022, two days after the terrorist attack on the Crimean bridge, which, according to Russian authorities, was carried out by Ukrainian special services. Strikes against energy facilities, defense industry, military command and communications are being carried out across the country. Since then, airstrike alerts have been announced every day in Ukrainian regions, sometimes across the country.
