Unfounded information about the transportation of weapons from Azerbaijan to other countries by air has been spread on the social network accounts of the Internet resource “EekadFacts”. This is one more example of the global disinformation campaign against our country, a fiction that does not reflect any reality and is a product of imagination.
Oku.Az reports that this was reported by the Media Development Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
“We consider the production and dissemination of the mentioned speculative information as another failed attempt at manipulation aimed at damaging the international image of the Republic of Azerbaijan, which hosts prestigious world events, and confusing public opinion about our country.
“We urge our citizens and the international community not to be influenced by this type of misleading information and to refer only to information obtained from official sources,” the statement said.
