“I once called him to a meeting back in 2015 or 2016 and said: look, you understand that everything you do can be unsafe for the state. Terrorists can take advantage of all this. So sooner or later you will probably have to give away these encryption keys. And he says: “I will never give this to anyone!” This is verbatim. Never to anyone!
