The vice president of the Russian Security Council, Dmitry Medvedev, stated that the use of tactical ballistic and cruise missiles by NATO countries against Russia will be considered aggression by the entire alliance. According to him, although such missiles are not capable of significantly influencing the course of hostilities, their use has important informational and propaganda value.
