Liputan6.com, Jakarta The fifth president of the Republic of Indonesia and the chairman of the DPP PDI Perjuangan (PDIP), Megavati Sokarnopuri, became the first speaker in the global dialogue of civilization, held in the guest guest guest house in Diawell, Beijing, on Thursday (10/2025).

The forum, which was attended by 600 representatives from 144 countries, it began with the opening of a message from President Xi Jinping and the United Nations Secretary Antonio Gaterryz. The comments followed by the chief secretary in the party secretariat, Kai Qi. The Minister of IDCPC Liu Jiangio also invited Megavati to the podium.

Megavati was asked as the first speaker, followed by a number of state leaders, such as Nallo Mbumba (fourth president of Namibia), Yukio Hatoyama (former Japanese language prime minister), Essam Sharaf (former Egyptian Prime Minister), Yves Egypt (former premiere -minister of Beljia) and Jala Hanal (formerly Prime Minister -Nepalin).

With red clothing, Megavati arrived at the place, accompanied by two PDIP leaders, Ollie Dondambey and Ahmad Basar, the BPIP Expert Council, Darmanche Jumal and the defensive observer Konni Rakhakundini.

“With complete humility and deep respect, I faced world leaders, statesmen and elderly people in the framework of civilizations and humanitarian fighters from different countries who gathered today with one determination: the construction of the future more peaceful, fair and civilized humanity,” Megavati said.

“I expressed a high appreciation and sincere gratitude to the government of the People’s Republic of China under the leadership of President His Majesty Xi Jinping and the Communist Party of China for the honor and invitation provided to me to participate in this important forum,” he continued.
