Mercadona has activated a channel in which it answers the most frequently asked questions from consumers. The supermarket chain has a Customer Service department in which it clarifies doubts via the Internet about the opening hours of its establishments, job offers, environmental policy or the products sold on its shelves.
This section covers the majority of questions from “bosses”, as they say. Mercadona to its customers, interested in aspects as diverse as the origin of certain products such as horchata, anchovies, honey or potatoes; the expiration dates of the salt or the came; or how traps are used to cockroaches or if these are dangerous for pets.
